If you have never done it, it’s a blast. We tie the boats together and go between boats to share drinks, appetizers, and conversation. Our record is somewhere around 14 boats. Let’s see if we can beat it this year!
According to Mark if we would have practiced last year we probably wouldn’t have lost by a point. Whether you are racing or not you can join us for this practice race which will ensure victory and allow us to reclaim the trophy!! Crew, whether experienced or not, is always welcome and encouraged to join.
Break out the paddle board for a non-competitive fun race at the marina… And btw if you “accidentally” knock another competitor off of their paddleboard you will be disqualified so don’t even think about it.
If you like anchoring out & going to the beach, this cruise to Myers Hole is for you! Potluck may be held between all the boats and there will be events on the beach most likely including a bonfire.
This weekend cruise will include a dinner at a local restaurant, pot luck dinner on the boats, or both. We’ll stroll the waterfront and enjoy the Barnegat Bay Maritime Museum.
